Collaborate closely with Co-Founders on diverse tasks, from researching diverse topics, planning a financing round, establishing new internal processes
Analyse financial reports, financial models, budgets, etc.
Implement and maintain internal KPI tracking system
Oversee bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, and HR topics to guarantee smooth operations (don’t worry, we have a tax advisor as well!)
Implement and optimise processes to enhance efficiency
Organise team events and logistics
Be the point of contact for any HR-related concerns (e.g. payslips, reimbursement, or other organisational matters)
Addressing customer queries related to invoices, onboarding, and other organisational topics
Requirements
Possess the initiative and drive to excel in a dynamic work environment
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and externals
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Strong organisational capabilities to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously
Ability to use spreadsheets to do some basic data analysis
Fluent in German and English
