Internship Position

We are looking for a highly driven intern to support the real estate investment team on a wide variety of projects and asset classes across Europe. An internship at Cerberus offers the opportunity to take over an integral role within an international and dynamic team and gain experience on all stages of the investment process, including underwriting, research, due diligence, structuring, and engagements with external parties.

This position is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
 

Support investment processes with:

• Market research and analysis;
• Financial modeling and valuation;
• Preparation of investment committee materials.

What we are looking for:

• You are currently studying or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, finance, accounting, real estate, or (civil) engineering;
• Previous internship experience, ideally in sectors such as investment banking, private equity, advisory, valuation, consulting, asset management, or real estate development;
• Fluent in English, additional European languages are beneficial;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg is a plus.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

This is a compensated internship.
