Working Student in Recruitment Investment Banking / M&A (m/f/d)
In this role, you will support our Recruitment Team and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. From coordinating interviews and engaging with candidates to contributing to employer branding initiatives, you will play an active part in attracting and engaging top talent.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process for interns
- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars and maintain communication within the team
- Maintain and update applicant data in the recruiting system
- Assist in employer branding activities (e.g. job postings, career events)
- Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and professional hiring process
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in business administration, economics, psychology or a comparable field
- Strong interest in recruiting and investment banking / M&A environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in recruiting, finance or consulting is a plus
