Die RIKEN KEIKI GmbH wurde 2018 in Eschborn – Stadtregion Frankfurt am Main – gegründet. Als europäische Tochtergesellschaft der RIKEN KEIKI Co., Ltd. liefern wir innovative Produkte zur Gasdetektion und -messung und bieten zuverlässige Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsdienstleistungen an.

Wir vertreiben eine Vielzahl von Produkten, die alle in Japan entwickelt und hergestellt werden. Zu unseren Kunden gehören Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen, darunter die Halbleiterindustrie, Ölraffinerien, Wasseraufbereitung, Brandbekämpfung und Schifffahrt in ganz Europa.

Als Verstärkung für ein abteilungsübergreifendes Projekt suchen wir ab sofort eine*n Werkstudent*in für 6 bis maximal 8 Wochen bei 16-20 Stunden wöchentlicher Arbeitszeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kontrolle und Überarbeitung von Preislisten nach vorgegeben Parametern im Excel- und pdf-Format
• Abgleichen von Daten mit unserem Warenwirtschaftssystemen
• Gegebenenfalls weitere interne unterstützende Aufgaben im Falle vorzeitiger Fertigstellung; Z.B. Korrekturlesen, Erstellung von Social Media Inhalten o.Ä.

Ihr Profil:

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Freude an der Arbeit im Team

Title: Student intern for project support in sales

RIKEN KEIKI GmbH was founded in 2018 in Eschborn, in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. As the European subsidiary of RIKEN KEIKI Co., Ltd., we supply innovative gas detection and measurement products and offer reliable maintenance and calibration services.

We distribute a wide range of products, all of which are developed and manufactured in Japan. Our customers include companies from various sectors, including the semiconductor industry, oil refineries, water treatment, firefighting and shipping across Europe.

To support a cross-departmental project, we are currently looking for a working student to join us for 6 to a maximum of 8 weeks, working 16–20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities:

• Checking and revising price lists according to specified parameters in Excel and PDF format
• Reconciling data with our merchandise management systems
• Additional internal support tasks if required in the event of early completion; e.g. proofreading, creating social media content, etc.

Your profile:

• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills and a strong aptitude for numbers
• Enjoy working in a team
