Jobbeschreibung:

Associate – Regulatory/Security Research and Executive Assistant (Working Student)

About us:

secori advisors is a management consultancy with a focus on security, risk, and compliance.

We help our clients by:

  • establishing cyber security defenses and running information security management systems
  • running third-party risk management and enhancing supply chain security
  • improving operational resilience and establishing business continuity management systems
  • building management systems for environmental, social and governance issues
  • running their data protection management systems

Who we are looking for

The regulatory environment for the digital services industry and its security is constantly changing. To assess these changes for our clients in the finance industry, we are looking for support in reviewing regulatory documents on supervisory requirements at German, European and occasionally international level. This includes the initial assessment of the potential impact on our clients, the establishment of references to international standards and the corresponding preparation in presentations and proprietary documents. In addition, the role includes executive-assistant tasks such as coordinating appointments, maintaining action logs, and supporting the preparation and follow-up of meetings.

What you bring to the table

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
  • Good knowledge of Excel and a confident handling of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured and reliable working style, with a strong sense of prioritization, follow-up, and deadline management
  • We rely on personal initiative and communication. If you like to pick up the phone, face tasks head-on and can write succinctly, you’ll be coming to the right place.

What you can expect

  • Competitive compensation: €17/hour (transparent and straightforward).
  • Paid vacation: Equivalent to 26 days/year on a full-time basis, pro-rated to your agreed weekly hours.
  • Flexible working hours: ~20 hours/week during the semester; more hours possible during semester breaks by arrangement.
  • Flexible work location: Our offices in Berlin or Frankfurt are your regular place of work. On selected days, however, you also have the option to work from home.
  • Learning & development: Direct feedback, hands-on training, and close collaboration in a small team with flat hierarchies.
  • Team culture & growth: Working students are a full part of the team (including after-work events), and we regularly recruit from our working student pool for permanent roles.
