Spantech is delivering the construction of a new aircraft hangar for Condor Airlines at Frankfurt Airport. The project brings together airport operations, specialist subcontractors, and our internal delivery team – and we are looking for additional resources on the ground to keep it moving.

Why this internship
You'll take on genuine responsibility within a live project – coordinating with the client, Frankfurt Airport, and the subcontractor – which will significantly accelerate your development in construction project management and in business operations more broadly. It's a role that offers exposure typically reserved for more senior positions.

What you will do

• Support the main site manager in delivering the project on time, on budget, and to spec
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and track progress against the schedule
• Liaise with the subcontractor, Frankfurt Airport, and the client on operational matters
• Handle documentation, reporting, and internal communication
• Flag risks and issues early, and help resolve them

What we are looking for

• German and English, fluent in both
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree in engineering or business
• A hands-on mindset
• Structured, communicative, and proactive
