Do you have what it takes to work in a large and globally operating investment bank? Are you ready to test your skills and apply your knowledge of the financial markets within a practical challenge? Then come and join us for an exclusive workshop and participate in our Commerzbank Corporate Finance Challenge. Take on the role of an investment banker and experience what it is like to work on a deal alongside our corporate finance team. Your task will be to develop an M&A valuation and acquisition financing structure for a German corporate, within a small team. On the basis of a valuation model you will prepare and finally present your financing proposal. All the while our bankers will guide you through the strategic considerations as well as the financial implications of the case and provide you with an insight into our day-to-day business. Join us on campus on November 6, 2018 to gain insights in an investment banking career. Showcase your finance abilities and get to know our Commerzbank Corporate Finance team in the networking reception afterwards.
