A workshop offered by the Career Service of Goethe Universty in cooperation with Deutsche Börse Group

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work, but technology alone doesn’t transform an organization - people do. In this interactive masterclass, Julia Maria Cullmann (Head of Transformation & Change Management, Deutsche Börse Group) and Anton Nickel (Senior Associate Vice President, Deutsche Börse Group) share how one of Europe’s leading financial market infrastructures approaches its IT transformation in the age of AI. Through a case study and group exercises, participants will explore the human side of AI-driven change and take away practical tools to lead transformation in their own projects and receive valuable insights into career opportunities at Deutsche Börse Group.

Objectives:

Participants will understand the difference between change and transformation in the context of AI-driven organizations. They will learn how technology, people, and organizational factors influence successful transformation and apply these insights to a practical case study involving the design of an AI-powered workplace solution.

Instructor:

Julia Maria Cullmann holds a diploma in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Psychology. She leads the Transformation & Change Management team within the CTO area of Deutsche Börse Group, focusing on the intersection of technological change, business needs, and human behavior.
