Larissa Bantel joined Deutsche Börse Group in 2017 as an intern in HR Development and supported her team as a working student afterwards while finishing her Master’s in Mainz. Today, Larissa is a Recruitment Specialist at Deutsche Börse and dedicated to find the best candidates for the company. She will give you an insight into working for Deutsche Börse Group by telling you exciting facts about the organization, possible entry-level positions, the new trainee programme.

Aaron Chan is an Associate in the New Digital Markets team which seeks to evolve traditional financial market infrastructure through distributed ledger technology, or DLT. He joined Deutsche Börse Group in the beginning of 2020 and his primary focus is on research, strategy, and business development. Today, Aaron is going to speak about the unique opportunities and challenges that come with working at the nexus of the global capital markets, what fascinates him about DLT, and why Deutsche Börse Group was the right choice for him.
