We, at the Frankfurt School Sustainable World Academy (SWA; www.fs.de/SWA) are currently looking for a working student supporting our Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance (www.fs.de/onlinemaster) Study Advisory Team and our FSDF e-Campus Team (www.fs.de/e-Campus).
Start date: June/July 2025
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Your tasks:
▪ Administrative support of the Master of Leadership in Sustainable Finance Study Advisory AND the eCampus Team
▪ Communication with prospective and enrolled students and participants from all over the world (email
and phone);
▪ Preparation of training material (formatting, layout, quality check);
▪ Marketing activities (brochures, social media, website, newsletter);
▪ Organization of events (graduation, in class training, alumni events) taking place at Frankfurt School for
international clients and/or participants.
Your profile:
▪ Enrolled Bachelor or Master student, preferably in a subject related to social/environmental sciences,
finance, business, education, IT and/or communication.
▪ Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory. Additional languages can be a strong asset
(esp. German, French, Spanish).
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in content management systems or digital
tools would be an asset.
▪ Organisational, good communication, intercultural and administrative skills.
▪ Quick adjustment to a new environment and ready to work independently.
