Our Institutional Clients team is responsible for all legal affairs with regards to Institutional Clients and German Spezialfonds. We operate as an interface for all contract and legal related topics in the institutional fund business.

The position is based in Frankfurt am Main.

What you will do

• Work closely with our in-house lawyers and support them in their daily work, e.g. by doing legal research and reviewing contracts
• Be responsible for various tasks regarding the set-up of new funds and the onboarding of external fund managers
• Participate in negotiations for standard contracts with external fund managers, custodian banks and clients
• Support the legal work by developing solutions with the use of AI tools.

What you bring

• Enrolled student of Law, Business Administration (or a comparable field of study) with at least two completed semesters
• General interest in the financial services sector and notably in the asset management industry, ideally proven by internships
• Good written and spoken language skills (both German and English) are a must
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Affinity to AI tools, e.g. Copilot
• Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and work in a team.
