Internships in Germany are between 3 months and 6 months long. You must be available for the entire internship duration.
You can apply for one of three seasonal intakes: Spring, Summer or Autumn. Each intake offers a flexible start date within the timeframes listed below and the internship end date can be outside the timeframe.

About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.

Workforce Management
The Workforce Management (WFM) team aims to optimize workforce efficiency and employee productivity by ensuring that resources are positioned in the right roles, in the right locations, and at the right times.
We collaborate closely with each division within DWS to identify and implement WFM opportunities. Additionally, we work with the Finance department to provide transparency regarding workforce costs and with the Strategy & Transformation team to ensure that the workforce aligns with DWS's strategic objectives.

The Early Careers Team is dedicated to supporting and nurturing the growth of young professionals at the start of their careers.
