Internships in Germany are between 3 months and 6 months long. You must be available for the entire internship duration.
You can apply for one of three seasonal intakes: Spring, Summer or Autumn. Each intake offers a flexible start date within the timeframes listed below and the internship end date can be outside the timeframe.

About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.

Our Anti Financial Crime (AFC) & Compliance teams cover control functions for AFC and Compliance owned risk types and act as trusted advisors that are vital to protect DWS from financial and reputational harm. We collaborate across all divisions, cultivating a strong compliance culture within our organization to reinforce dedication to financial regulations and ethical business practices.
